How to obtain an apostille in Belarus for Kenya?
The apostille is issued by the Belarus MFA, 19 Lenin Street, Minsk. Originals of ZAGS certificate, medical certificate, sanitary permit, embalming act are submitted. Standard 2 business days, expedited — 1 day. Kenya is a Hague Convention member since 2021, so apostille is sufficient and consular legalization is not required (previously it was). Can the body be accompanied to Nairobi?
Yes, accompaniment is possible. A relative buys a regular passenger ticket on the same flight. Belarusian citizens can obtain a Kenyan eTA (electronic travel authorization) online in 48 hours, costing 30 USD for 90 days. This replaced the previous visa on arrival. A yellow fever shot at least 10 days before travel is mandatory — without it you won't be admitted to Kenya. Transit visas via Istanbul, Dubai, Doha are usually not required.
