On arrival at MCT the visa is already active. In Muscat we arrange airport meeting, transfer and, if desired, accommodation near the mosque or cemetery during janazah and burial.

Belarusian citizens can obtain the Oman eVisa via Royal Oman Police — 24–72 hours processing, 30 days validity. On arrival the visa is activated. The Oman Consulate in Moscow also issues visas by invitation from an Omani relative or employer. For urgent funeral travel eVisa is the fastest path.
